Under the comprehensive management service we take care of the letting and day to day management of a property providing you with complete peace of mind. The let only service is designed for landlords who wish to manage their own properties. In both cases Kingsley Thomas recognises the necessity of letting your property quickly, thus ensuring continuous rental income but at the same time taking care to secure good quality tenants.

Property Management can be a complex business with legislation seemingly changing constantly. We will offer advice and guidance on all aspects of the business including safety regulations, furnishing, House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licensing and Deposit Protection Schemes to name a few. We also possess our own in-house maintenance division which will be at your disposal should the need arise and we understand the importance of offering competitive prices.

Landlord charges:

• Full Management service: starting at 8% + vat of rents collected (There are no other charges for tenancy agreements, inventories or final inspections and the like)
• Let Only Service: £350.00 + vat
